Travis Hunter of Colorado will be sidelined for at least three weeks due to a lacerated liver.
The two-way star was hurt during the victory over Colorado State on Saturday.
After the play, CSU defensive back Henry Blackburn gave Hunter a blatantly cheap blow,
and Hunter collapsed to the ground. At halftime, he returned to the game before going to the hospital.
The Fantasy Doctors' Dr. Jesse Morse describes the collision that resulted in Hunter's
injury and what lies next for the top player of the Buffaloes. Blackburn's
strike was placed in such a way that it is possible that he shattered his ribs, which in turn caused liver damage.
At this moment, it is unclear whether Hunter will experience any new problems.
